Our Journey into being a world – class B school started with defining ourselves. Who are we? What is our philosophy from our Industrial experience which makes us unique? How do we showcase this culture to the aspirants who join us?

The first thing we realized was that we wanted to be as far away from conventional B- school philosophy as possible. Over the years B- School education has become ceremonial, bookish, intellectual exercises without giving students the critical life lessons that would make them successful.

Firebird was started with the objective of providing industry ready students on day one of graduation. An industry ready means they are aware and know the industry problems and ways to handle these situations on day one in the company. This can happen only if they are already trained in an industry setup. Thus the 70% program refers to all practical engagements designed to nurture leadership and all rounded personalities in our PGDM cohort.

About the Internship, I got 4 months internship in well repurted company called CRISIL ANALYTICS and also got placed in a famous EdTech company Extramarks Education India P.Ltd., Bangalore with a good pacakage of Rs.12.40 lakhs per annum.

I got a wonderful opportunity for my good academical performances which is where I went to Skyline University, Sarjah-UAE for a week and Firebird is one of the wonderful places explore yourself and learn management and corporate skill.

I am proud to be part of Firebird Institute, which focuses mainly on Industry related programmes. We have given three months of internship and also additional Industry immersion programmes in a year.

I had an opportunity to do Summer Internship and positioned as Equity Research Analyst in CRISIL, a credit rating company. Faculty from academic and industry experience teaches theoritical and practical concepts which helps us to learn well.

I also had got an opportunity to visit Skyline University, Sarjah-UAE for a week and boot camp helped us to gain international exposure. We have a placement team which focuses not only on placement and also career development of each students.
